Their raw food vegan deli has some yummy food! Like the zucchini with sun-dried tomato marinara, the sunflower *burger*, and sprouted quinoa tabbouleh! (Cherie is a very nice but BUSY lady.) >4) How long have you been a vegetarian and/or a vegan? I've never been much of a meat eater, to be honest. I can't remember the last time I cooked meat myself, though I have had some out at restaurants on occasion. Though I have just recently decided to go completely vegetarian, much to the surprise of my husband and mother! So I've been a full-on vegetarian for only this month...and I'm loving it so far. >6) How did you learn about Vegetarian Spice (invitation, search, friend, another group)? Read about it on another list. >7) What is your favourite (vegetarian) food or meal? I love veggie soups of all kinds; I could live on 'em! >8) What is your least favourite (vegetarian) food or meal? Don't like tofu, tempeh, or seitan. Am allergic to mushrooms and chard. (Though I love them both, just don't like the *stopping breathing* part!) >9) Tell us a few of your favourite things :=) I love to play on the computer (participate on lists, build websites), read, watch food shows and crime dramas on TV, and do needle crafts. I'm also getting my AA degree online in Web Applications. I'm married to Michael for nearly 8 years now; we have no children. We run a little *mom-n-pop* specialty food store.
