I will toss this with pasta for a quick no recipe meal. I liked that question because I'm always wondering what others make for a fat after work toss it together meal. HB Vegetable Salsa 1 red bell pepper, diced 2 tomatoes, diced 1 sm. zucchini, diced 2 jalapenos, minced 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, minced 2 lemons, juice of 1 tablscpoon olive oil 1 tablespoon, fresh cilantro, chopped salt & pepper if you think you need it Mix all this in a bowl and let marinade for 30 minutes so flavors blend.
