Guest guest
This one is pretty quick to mix, as long as you have an hour to bake the little custards. Wonderful idea from our Files from Sissy! It has lots of spices (not 'hot' though, so good for all ages and most tastes). Best, Pat PUMPKIN CUSTARD (OVO-LACTO) 1 can (16 oz) solid-pack pumpkin 1 egg, slightly beaten 3 Tbs flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon' 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk 1 cup sugar Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Beat together pumpkin and egg. Mix in flour, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir in evaporated milk and sugar. Beat mixture until sugar is dissolved. Pour into 8 custard cup. Place cups in a large baking dish, pour one inch of boiled water around cups in baking dish. Bake one hour or until knife inserted one inch from edge comes out clean. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
