It's National Vegertarian Week here is the UK. There are some great recipes. http://www.vegsoc.org/nvw/index.html You can also make a veggie monster and vote for your favourite veggie celebrity. I have to admit though, some of them are a bit c list, maybe even z list celebs! I don't know if this is because there aren't any more or if people are just reluctant to talk about being veggie. Just spotted some americans on the list so why haven't they included people like the lovely Joaquin Phoenix? There are far better people they could have added.
