Guest guest
This year we are growing 3 different varieties of seriously hot chillies. So, does anyone have a recipe for a good chilli sauce to use as a condiment. When we lived in UK we used to buy a locally produced Jamaican sauce that would blow your socks off. Okay, I'm sure others will be able to help out with a good sauce, but meanwhile I have found one in our Files (under sauces and gravies, as I recall) that I'll re-post here for you now. If I run across any others I'll send those in too. (All OUR recipes are Tried and True, so no worries about how they'll work!) (I didn't used to like to re-post recipes, but after an informal off-list write-around and hunt-around, I found that not as many members go on line for recipes as I'd thought, but rather wait for their individual messages or digest to download in their mailboxes - of course you do!) Okay, more later. Best love, Pat
Guest guest
Okay, I got as far as the Gs in the file folder - there are more more more - and also others which call for dried or pickled chiles which I didn't re-copy today. So have a look!!! We have lots and lots of recipes there for you!!! Good luck, Pat
