It was submitted by allthegoodnamesaretaken62 and is nice and simple (and HOT!) ;-) CHILI GARLIC SAUCE (VEGAN) 6 servings 1 cup whole red hot chilies 4-6 - garlic cloves, chopped 1\2 cup water Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend to a coarse purree. ------ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nothing could sound simpler than this one which I will certainly try when the peppers are grown. I will have to pass on the recipe that needs a microwave as I do not own one. I am growing a variety that calls itself Tabasco and another simply called Cayenne. I forget the other variety and would need to check the packet out in the garage. Hopefully DH will be pleased with the results as he is the hot sauce freak in the family. I'll try the Trinidad recipe in a small quantity as well, even though my peppers are not the Scotch Bonnet variety, I am sure it will make a very good sauce.
