Alligator Eggs 6 Avocados 2-3 cups grated carrots 1 med onion (Diced) 3-6 clove garlic (minced) 2-3 lemons juiced Pinch cayenne Braggs to taste Cut Avocado in half – remove avocado from shell - save shell Mash avocado to semi – smooth consistency ( lumpy) Mix all ingredients together –( Do Not Blend in Vitamix ) Spoon into half shells – Top with a pinch of cayenne Serve and enjoy!!!!
