Wish I had. I too would like to have a tried and true recipe for this from one of our members! Anyone got one?????? Otherwise, I found this by doing a google - it's more in the method than anything else, isn't it? I mean, the spices are standard and not, because of its being a northern dish, too hot I might try it later in the week . . . if someone doesn't offer us one.
