Hot Baked Artichoke Dip for a Crowd 2 of the l5 ounces cans artichokes, drain off the juice & chop up 2 cups mayonnaise 8 oz. package of cream cheese 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese Dill weed to taste (optional) Garlic powder (to taste) Melt all ingredients slowly in saucepan. Stir to mix well. Pour into casserole dish (or pie plate). Bake 350 degrees 20-30 minutes. Dip will turn golden brown and bubble. Serve with crackers or bread chunks. Want to be your own boss?
