1 Tbs. minced fresh Thai basil

1/4 cup brown sugar (Packed)

Pinch of allspice powder

1.Place the reserved Jackfuit syrup into a 2 qt. suacepan and bring

to a boil.

2.Add the bell peppers, habanero, garlic, onions, sugar, salt and

cilantro. Bring back to a full boil for 5 mins.

3. In a Heat proof bowl Mix the Jackfruit , tomatoes, papaya, mango

lime juice, allspice powder and Basil.

4. Pour the contents of the suacepan over the contents of the bowl

and mix well. Refridgerate for 3 hours, A Buen Provecho!

 

This salsa can be too much for children and wimps!
