Nutrional data from recipe

Hi Pat

I changed the wording of a few ingredients and used 6 servings and this

is the nutritional information that appeared. I still don't know where

the cholesterol came from since there are no animal products. Changing

the amount of oil from 2 tablespoon to 2 teaspoons is a 3 gm.

difference. I like mastercook as you can input ingredients from the

nutritional products that you buy yourself but otherwise the ingredients

are already in " the program " . I don't believe you could ever get a truly

accurate account of the nutritional values from mastercook as you would

from plugging in the ingredients at

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/

(nutritional data for 6 servings from mastercook)

Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 389 Calories; 14g Fat (30.4%

calories from fat); 12g Protein; 59g Carbohydrate; 9g Dietary Fiber; 1mg

Cholesterol; 1023mg Sodium. Exchanges: 2 1/2 Grain(Starch); 1/2 Lean

Meat; 2 1/2 Vegetable; 1/2 Fruit; 2 1/2 Fat.

Hi hon - dunno what happened to my last response to this message, which I sent

off this

morning . . . :( Anywayyyyyy . . .

Thanks so very very much - that's really good to have and I'm delighted to have

the

nutritional info - I've actually gone into the Files to the Recipes and have

added your latest

nutritional info, crediting you with it, into the end of the recipe - It will be

really

appreciated by anyone who want to make this dish next!

You like your different kinds of cuisine, eh? We tried a Moroccan Sweet Potato

dish at

lunch today which I'll type up and send along soon! It's a winner!!!!

Best love, Pat
