I'ts wonderful to have you all here and participating in the group! Be sure to check our Files for Recipes at /group.vegetrianspice Inside the folder you will find Main Courses and Side Dishes filed according to part of the world they are from (and sometimes country) - everything else is in such folders as Soup, Salad, etc. Have a look! Lots of wonderful things to eat there for everyone. If you don't find what you are looking for, just ask! Okay? There's usually someone here to help!!!
