Guest guest
Quite a few of us here are looking for Indian recipes - the more the better, as someone has said. We have now a number of members who are in India and others who are of Indian origin and/or have lived there. With luck they may be kind enough to to share some of their own home recipes with us! Please? Meanwhile, to tide you over, you might start looking through our Files section where other members, Indian or simply like yourselves lovers of Indian cuisine, have already submitted some excellent recipes. Look under 'Main Dishes' - then go to 'Asia - South Asia' folder and you will find all the recipes for India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, etc. There are more than 70 there. Or you can paste the following into your browser (should work) : %2A%20%2A%20MAIN%20COURSES%20%26%20SIDE%20DISHES/ASIA%20- %20SOUTH%20ASIAN%20MAIN%20%26%20SIDE%20DISHES/ Most of the dishes are filed under the name of the vegetable (to make it easier for westerners) or main ingredient; others are given their regional name; some both. I hope this is a little help? Please let me know if that is the kind of thing you are looking for. If there is anything in particular you want, then give a shout, okay???? Guest guest
I love Indian food and I really hate to cook. I often buy cooking sauces and pour them over fried tofu and panner and toss in veggies and a few cashews. My current favorite is the Bombay vindaloo; I add a few slices of fresh jalapeno.
