One of my favorite entrees, for example, is phool gobi ki bhaji [Madhur Jaffrey's recipe]. Another is white-hot vegetarian chili [actually, vegan]. Anything else I'd like to add? Don't currently do a huge amount of cooking, but hope that'll change when I get round to putting the finishing touches to my " new " kitchen (I was without a kitchen for almost a year!) and... I love Indian food No pets, but would love to have, if I thought I could give them the attention they deserved. [ Closest thing to a pet was a strong-headed, disabled, cat called " Mouse " - my ex girlfriend took it with her when she left.
