Guest guest
I've been asked to clarify on list But before I do, let me make a quick statement: this poll about recipes was not intended to sort out the ovo-lactos from the vegans from the rawfoodists; it was simply to get an idea of WHAT kind you were (in the main) looking for here and/or interested in posting. It wasn't an attempt to label! As far as the prob over no category for one member's choice, here it is: The member actually meant that she enjoyed both Vegetarian recipes AND Rawfood recipes. That's great! My poll didn't allow for that possibility, because it (ignorantly, it seems) assumed that all Rawfoodists on _this_ group would be vegetarian and that, since many of us vegetarians and vegans try various rawfood recipes from time to time (again an assumption), the category Rawfood would be checked only by those who are entirely or primarily interested in rawfoods (If any members are looking for both kinds of recipes, by all means check the one that is the main choice for you, as I have said before, okay?) Whew! Finally sorted, I think. Who'd start a poll, eh? I always pick the answer closest to my own chosen response on any poll - there would be no point in polls if there weren't standard questions. And of course, there's usually a category which indicates None of the Above or even Other Best, Pat (Group owner/host and general dogsbody) , " drpatsant " <drpatsant wrote: > > A member just posted to say that their choice of food wasn't there on the poll: Vegetarian > AND Raw Food. Raw food vegetarian? Answer 'Raw > Food'.That's what we mean. (Raw food vegans, please excuse me for not making the > distinction in this case between vegans and vegetarians - vote with the veggies, please, > okay? I would have to do so if I were a raw foodist as well as a vegan.
