Guest guest
Cooking and Growing Spaghetti Squash: 1 large spaghetti squash 2 medium red and green bell peppers -- sliced thin olive oil sea salt buttermilk, yogurt, sour cream, or cream cheese (I do not believe these milk products have any kind of rennet. Watch for gelatin, that is nonvegetarian. Select a brand that does not have any kind of gelatin.) I cooked a spaghetti squash in the microwave. They say to cut it some before cooking like this. Guess it might explode. It took more than an hour to cool. I cut in two and scooped out the seeds which are rather large and easy to find. Then scooped the squash flesh into a bowl. Now mixing in the seasonings. Season to taste!
