While this is not a health list and I am not a nutritionist, I have been reliably informed that cholesterol is found in all foods from animals, not just eggs and dairy. Triglycerides are another matter, and if by 'meat' islandjim means redmeat only, he is correct as far as it goes (other foods involved is what I mean). Islandjim's statement as written (above) is very misleading. I did a quick google and interested members can do the same. There's lots of info out there, including the following: http://www.annecollins.com/cholesterol-foods.htm http://www.all-about-lowering-cholesterol.com/diet-to-lower-triglycerides.html http://www.medic8.com/healthguide/articles/triglycerides.html Good luck!
