you will note that the 'Off Topic' of OT folder for non-spicy favourites has

disappeared.

Not to worry! The recipes are ALL still there, but they have been sorted

according to

locality and are now in the various folders you can see there. Usually they will

have a folder

of their own within the regional folder, to make it easier for those looking for

less 'heat' to

find them Have a look and you'll see what I mean. (Some more sorting, no

doubt, still

needs to be done.)

 

There are no longer 'Off-Topic' recipes in this group - all are equal and most

welcome.

Recipes will however continue to be separated (for now at least) to make it

easier for those

who are looking for one or the other, spicy hot or not, to find what they're

looking for.

Remember, most hot and spicy recipes can be toned down or even, for those who

have

problems or families/friends with problems with spices, omitted - just ask if it

would work

if you're not sure

 

As for the European and North Americna folder, there are two folders within:

Spicy and

Non-Spicy too - but this is temporary, because I think I need to sort them out

into

categories - perhaps by main ingredient. The ever-popular Italian-style has its

own folder

as before.
