Do you have a preferred size, style, make, brand? Much appreciated if you can advise me, since I am fumbling around in the dark here (not as much fun as it sounds!). Guest guest Posted February 13, 2007 Report Share Posted February 13, 2007 I have the Excaliber ED2900. I love it so far--only had it a few months and used it twice. I have made dehydrated flax crackers and dried spicy bean sprouts. I plan to use it a lot more this summer and fall to preserve garden produce.
