I'm from Raleigh, NC, and I've been vegetarian for eight years -- vegan-curious for the last few months. My husband is a meat-eater so above all else I'm looking for vegetarian receipes that can tempt him and vegan recipes that can tempt me. I'm all about slow-and-steady, easing into things. If I go vegan cold turkey I don't think it will work out. I plan on slowly turning the husband to at least reduce his meat intake. Well, that's all I have to say about that.
