Guest guest Posted April 22, 2007 Report Share Posted April 22, 2007 Hi, in response to the roll call... i am 47m, work in health care... have seen firsthand, results of errors in diet (and lifestyle)... was full vegetarian in the past, now trying to work my way back to it... i was a lot healthier and more energetic then... love all sorts of vegetarian, and ethnic cooking... Makes me happy to hear that kind of thing. > i was a lot healthier and more energetic then... Well, can't quite regain that youth, but you can put a large dent in ageing by going veggie, I've found!
