Hi,

 

This is a very late response to the message below.

 

Name: Gary aka gsmattingly

Veg type: lacto ovo vegetarian

Locale: Dublin, CA (East San Francisco Bay Area)

What I eat: See above.

What I'm supposed to be doing now: working.

(electrical engineer)

What I like to do: Work in the garden, take photos,

read books, play with the dog, eating spicy

foods, trying new hot sauces, watching too

much tv and being on the internet too much,

etc.

I don't have a favorite juice, shake or smoothie.

I drink orange juice every day. Sometimes I

drink other juices, hm, mainly tomato or grape.

I don't really drink shakes or smoothies.

Hi,

 

in response to the roll call...

 

i am 47m, work in health care...

 

have seen firsthand, results of errors in diet (and lifestyle)...

 

was full vegetarian in the past, now trying to work my way back to it...

 

i was a lot healthier and more energetic then...

 

love all sorts of vegetarian, and ethnic cooking...

That's good! Makes me happy to hear that kind of thing.

Well, can't quite regain that youth, but you can put a large dent in ageing by

going

veggie, I've found! Good luck. And write and tell us about what you're cooking -

you say

you like ethnic cooking? What especially?
