I have heard that too. So glad the diet works for you and helps to reduce your problems. It must have seemed a miracle. Gosh but some GPs can be a pain, can't they! I guess we've all had a few of those - no wonder so many people keep away from them as much as possible! About your request for eggplant ideas: Mine are pretty well standard - you know, ratatouille, eggplant sauteed with tomatoes etc., eggplant 'parmezan', even eggplant in an Indian style dahl (blended) or added to split-pea soup. I have a couple of curried eggplant recipes somewhere too. We also toss it with pasta (you'd use gluten-free and probably only a little of it). I'll write in if I think of more Good luck!
