Guest guest
Hi everyone, my name is Christine and I just joined yesterday. I was recently diagnosed with lupus and am looking to change to a mostly vegetarian diet. I have always loved hot and spicy food and have started cooking quite a few different vegetarian dishes from recipies I have gotten from my friends (these range from Thai, Chinese, Indian, Indo-Pakistani, Lebanese, East-Indian, and Arabian dishes). I love the different flavors and cooking techniques, not to mention that I feel much better not eating alot of meat. I grow alot of my own spices (gardening is one of my hobbies) such as Kaffir Lime, Lemon Grass, Curry Leaf Plant, Frankincense, Myrrh, Rose Geranium, etc....I would really like to find some seeds for the authentic Kashmiri chili pepper. I hope to get some tips, advise, or recipies for cooking new vegetarian dishes! I am also a biologist, wildlife artist, naturalist, and conservationist, own one dog (Miniature Pinscher), love the outdoors. Take care everyone! Best Regards, Christine
