Now a days, it is season of Chilies, so it is easily availabe in indian market. You didn't specify where do u want to use this. So, u can tell me the recipe in which u want to use this. There are two recipies that I want to use them for...they are home recipies given to me by a friend of mine who also introduced me to indian cooking, these two recipies have been in her family for years, one is a Curry Yogurt Soup, and the other is like a toasted spicy cream of wheat with a spicy tomato soup topping....really yummy....I will post the recipies later. Also, I garden alot: I grow alot of spices (Lemon grass, Thai chili, Kaffir Lime, Curry Leaf Plant, Curry Plant, Rose Geranium, etc.) and would really like some Kashmiri Chile pepper seeds to grow but I don't know of an on-line shop that sells them. If you know of anyone who sells these peppers and especially seeds in Gujarat please let me know :-) Thanks.
