My 14 year old daughter became vegetarian about 6 months ago, and we've been trying to support her in that decision. I've been trying to make more vegetarian meals that we can all enjoy together, but my vegetarian recipe collection is pathetically small, so I am looking forward to finding lots of yummy recipes for my family.
