But I wouldn't. I'd buy the capsules your healthcare specialist recommends PLUS I'd use spices and herbs (turmeric is a spice, oregano an herb ) in my cooking for the wonderful flavour they impart. They taste different according to how fresh they are. Fresh herbs from the garden are the nicest, but nice fresh, not stale, dried herbs are very useful to keep in the cupboard in airtight jars and are what many of us use too - sometimes ground, sometimes rubbed, depending on the use you want to put them to. As for spices, which form they're in makes a difference too, as you know. Seeds or ground, whole or not. > . . . or taking fresh spices for medicinal benefit as well as cooking. That too There are millions of people out there who use spices daily, even for each meal, for the culinary benefit - and of course that means they have a thereapeutic benefit too. But why not have another look at some of the websites that have been suggested - and again at our spicier recipes?
