British Mixed Spice Blend

6 teaspoons ground coriander

5 teaspoons ground cinnamon

4 teaspoons ground allspice

3 teaspoons ground nutmeg

2 teaspoons ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground cloves

 

 

Mix all spices thoroughly and keep in airtight

container away from heat and light.

 

Makes - 1/2 cup spice
