Bhindi

We have a glut of bhindi (okra) in the garden. So, I used some to make the

bhindi and peppers recipe in the files. It was fantastic. The bhindi did not

end up in the slightest bit slimy which can sometimes be a problem. So, a

really big thanks to whoever sent in that recipe. I will certainly be using it

again during the season.

hi

so many recipe we can do with bhindi.

 

oil- 2 tb

musturd-1 tsp

cummin seed-1 tsp

bindi- 7-8

red chilli powder-2tsp

turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

dhania powder- 1tsp

salt to taste

tomoto-1

green chilli-1

water- 1tbs

 

cut bindi in to small pieces, taake a pan and put oil , when it heat put

mustudred seeds,cummin, and then put bhindi on that. in slim flame for 4-5

mintues u leave that then put chilli powder,turmeric,dhaniapowder and tomoto

cutand put in pan salt put water and then mix evenly leave for 5 mintues . yr

sabzi is ready to eat.
