Sometimes there are so many 'must try' recipes on my list that I have to pick ones to REALLY try. It is great to have a report from someone who has actually made it. Funnily enough my husband and I were only discussing caviar today. He said he couldn't understand why caviar isn't vegetarian while hen's eggs are considered OK. I told him that the caviar is gathered after the fish has been killed so he no longer has any interest in caviar!! This, on the other hand, is something I am sure he would enjoy. It looks, well, it looks like a bowl of quinoa in darker stuff. Then again, it looks no worse than caviar so it could look pretty arranged nicely with garnish.
