We would love to know a little more about you so perhaps you could send us a short introduction - your name, where you live, your interest in vegetarian cooking, favourite cuisines etc. The group has members who vegetarians, vegans and non-vegetarians who are interested in vegetarian/vegan cooking and recipes. I am Marie and I am one of the group moderators. I am 61, an expat Australian now living in Haarlem, Netherlands. My husband and I are both ovo-lacto vegetarians and have been so for more years than either of us cares to remember. We especially enjoy Middle Eastern, Indian and Mexican dishes. I have a large collection of vegetarian cookbooks so if you are looking for a particular recipe please feel free to ask.
