Thank you for sharing the details with us and for posting the recipe for spinach balls. If you get the chance to post the other recipes I would be really grateful. They all sound wonderful but the one I would love to try really soon is the one for the lentil pate. I'm sure that I won't be the only person who would love these recipes.
