Caught up at last - and about Orange Soup

FINALLY got caught up on the recipes files over the last

weekend - such a lovely lot of recipes too! Now I am

searching to see what I have made lately that you might

be interested in - and what I might make in the future.

Which means, of course, that I'm not really caught up at

all LOL Which leads me to the second part of this message:

 

While we were in Austria last month I had the most delicious

orange soup at a a little veggie restaurant in Vienna. Now, I

have made orange soup, but this was truly something else.

Not having THEIR recipe (dammit!) I was wondering if someone

out there had a tried-and-true orange soup recipe that they

could recommend. (For those of you who don't know, it does

indeed have orange in it, but also orange veggies like carrot.

pumpkin/squash, sweet potato plus other yummy things,

depending on the cook.)
