Hi there, Karyn, and welcome to the group!

 

How nice that you've decided to join a veggie

group after being interested for so long We have great recipes here -

usually very spicy, but

some less so and some just not spicy but wonderful in their own right.

(click into the left-hand menu on our homepage) and see what you can find

- roughly organized according to the regional origin of the dish (for the

main courses) OR according to the course type (eg appetizers, snacks,

dessert, soup, baked goods, whatever) for other courses - have a look and

you'll see what you're up against LOL And of course just ask if you need

help finding

anything. We love to help!!

 

And how nice that you are another animal lover! We have two hounds (our

beagle girls, Casey and Made') and one cat (tiger tabby, Misha). That's

all we can manage in our downtown apartment condo. I love dachshunds, but

we don't see as many of any hounds here as other breeds for some reason.

(I mean, you CAN train them not to howl! - we did very easily through

sheer bribery.)
