Thanks for the welcome!! I live in Yorktown. It's so beautiful!

Ron Lee Davis says, " If you hide your hurt and hold it inside, it becomes

unbearable pain, serving no purpose, comforting no one, helping no one. But if

you learn to turn your suffering into service to others, you can rejoice and

give glory to God. " (Gold in the Making, p. 44.)

Sonia-

I am also in Virginia (Northern that is). As a vegetarian or in your case,

one interested in the veggie lifestyle, there are so many great places to shop

here in Virginia that offer great whole food (unprocessed) for reasonable

prices. There are also so many farmers markets that we can choose from

throughout the year for fresh produce. The world is your oyster here in

Virginia! If I can be of any help to you please let me know. Good luck on your

journey to become whole!

I'm your neighbor!! I live in Williamsburg! Someone mentioned

farmer's markets. We have one during the season [May through

October]. You should check it out next summer.
