Hope by joining this community we'll get exactly what we > need : some diversity!!! Welcome to the group - what should we call you? I am Pat, and I am the group owner. I've been veggie for quite a long time now and so have some other members, so we can keep you 'chicken free' if you need any help! Lots of nice recipes here - and all have been tried and found to be good by the member posting each one. Ask for anything you don't understand or can't find, okay? And post often to let us know how you're going. Best, Pat - in Canada ---- Dr Patricia M.
