New Hampshire, where we just got our first real snow of the

season. Though some northern locales already received significant

accumulations in November, this one ushered in winter for the rest of

the state.

 

For lunch, my usual mushroom soup made with Lewis Labs Brewer's

Yeast(1), glucomannan noodles(2), broccoli, onions, garlic, and hot

peppers.

I'm Ilene in SW Ohio.

 

For the most part, we've had unseasonably mild weather....yesterday was

mid-50's and we had rain with thunder-and-lightning! Just today, though,

it's starting to get cold.....in the 20's and low 30's....

 

One of my favorite cold-weather soups is not-real-chicken soup and matzoh

balls, with lots of veggies, some noodles, and tofu chunks. It's a hearty

soup and really warming and filling.
