I live in sunny Laveen, AZ, was a rural community (until all the building) adjacent to the Phoenix on the south side. By comparison, it's not really cold here. (between Austin, and Dallas) I'm an active granmother and momma of human and canine. My fave foods are ethnic foods a lot. Mexican, Italian, Thai, and basically you name it tho. I adore pretty much any spice. Hey, I'm just a foodie. I won't drink dairy milk anymore, but I do eat cheese. I drank soymilk but it started messing with menopause really really hard, so I don't eat cerial anymore. And that just leaves Rice Dream and I lost a taste for that. The only reason I brought up is I would like some really really creeeemmmmyyyy mashed potatoes. Really glad to be here. I will check out the recipes section. I'm hungry for eggplant. Oh, and I will be happy to look for holiday recipes, main dishes especially. I'd like a nutloaf or something hearty like that.
