Hi all,As you know from previous posts, my mind is made up to become a

vegetarian and eventually a vegan in the new year. I have been sampling

different products along the way for the last couple months to get a taste for

different things. I realized I dont like vanilla soy milk for cereal. I heard

that unsweetened almond breeze is a good one, any suggestions? Also, I will

admit, I grew up in a southern family where meat was everywhere, so Im use to

the texture etc. I dont want to feel Im missing out, so does anyone have a good

beef substitute that could be used in stir fries, or " beef " stew? I would

appreciate it. Im going to try the chicken strips from morningstar this week

sometime to see if they are decent tasting. As far as other things, I have a

tofu cutlet, some soy chorizo, in the fridge to try. And I actually like the

tofutti cream cheese. So its a start. Thank you in advance.Tierney
