American Files in the Spicy folder. Title is Sweet 'Taters Not-So-Sweet (Several Ways). Hope this makes sure they don't get lost! AND if anyone else has suggestions for sweet potatoes which do not include adding sugar, honey, syrup, etc., (because that was what the member asked - for them to be not so sweet), then just post them here on the group and I'll add them in! (*Sweet* sweet potato recipes are also welcome, of course - they will be filed separately.) Anything vegetarian is not only allowed but gratefully accepted! As for myself, I was delighted to see these ideas - I love sweet potatoes but was not brought up with them and find that the traditional way of sweetening them further is just too much for me. So I shall be trying some of these myself. My dh was looking over my should just now and drooling over a couple of suggestions, so looks as if we will be trying something soon!
