Time to see who's here and who's not, I think! If you're reading this, please check in to let us know that you are still about - okay? Much appreciated. It's icy here in London, Ontario, this morning - so it makes me wonder. What's YOUR favourite cold-weather food? (Or, if you live in the southern hemisphere, your favourite hot-weather food, if you prefer!) AND while you're online, why not tell us what's for lunch today - or dinner - or even what you're muching on or thinking of munching on right now LOL Come on, guys - you can do this. I know you can!!! TIA for your response! Guest guest
I'm here. but I'm also a newbie so I'm still fresh in checking in with the group. Grey and damp 34degrees in Cleveland. I haven't planned my meals for today yet. Still waiting for my coffee and I'll have my Christmas Oatmeal cookies too. not as good as plain oatmeal but the thought is there. that will change in 2008. one of my goals is to plan my next day meals the evening before - including breakfast. Guest guest
Nice to have you in the group! Am not good in remembering recipes but what help me more is just replace all kinds of non vegitarian in a recipe and replace it with veggie products. We usually keep a boiled soya bean and add it in our recipe specially in soup and put cayenne ,chili or ginger to make it hot and it doesnt make a stomach upset .Keeps a good taste try it and promise makes it yummy and healthy, hope you enjoy and stay with the group! susan Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger.
