Guest guest
Hi, I read " Fit For Life " years ago. Great book! I'd be interested to hear what you eat the rest of the day, after the juicing and the fruits. Are you on the Hallelujah Diet, or something similar? My goal for 2008 is to start eating a LOT healthier. I am going to do a lot of juices and salads and cut out processed and junky foods. I have a lot of weight to lose, and I really want to feel healthier and more energetic. I'd love to hear more about your health journey when and if you want to share. Thanks so much! Guest guest
Whats a Hallelujah diet? I am not on a diet..I am just choosing to eat the best way I can .I cut out meats for 3 reasons ----my health, love of animals, horrible gerd. I am however about 15 -20 lbs over my ideal weight. As far as Fit for Life it is very strict...I just liked the info on how we can maximize the use of the food we eat. I used to have problems when I ate fruit in the morning..now that I learned how to eat fruit I do not have that problem anymore. I was always constipated and full of acid. PS I do still have to have my morning coffee My daily diet is 12 oz Juice from my juicer usually Carrot and apple mixed. cup of Joe Fresh Fruit as much as I need to feel satisfied till 11 -or 12 I Will eat like small portions of different fruit about every hour while at my desk. I eat dinner (lunch) at about 1:30...I will have a " dinner " portion of what every i eat. So for example I would regularly have pasta with monk meat balls and a salad with bread. Normally people would say that's to much..but this is my biggest meal. It makes no sense for me to eat a big meal at night and go to bed. For dinner around 6 0r 7pm I will have a (lunch) meal that completely satisfies me. My fav snack is corn chips with salsa I think the key is not not view eating with restrictions or label it a diet. I can have a cookie if I want, But I want a healthy benefit from it so I will make flax seed oatmeal wheat cookies and everyone who has tried that recipe thinks it is the best cookie they have ever had. So I get my cookie and so much more. I would love to share with you and learn as well. I am new to no meat. Thanks catherineleslie1 wrote: Hi, I read " Fit For Life " years ago. Great book!
