Guest guest
I made this today and the family loves it. I use to use chicken but now I use tofu. Sautee the following in oil oil 3 green onions chopped 2 cloves garlic 7 mushroms Remove above after sautee complete Then Bread slices of firm Asian garlic tofu and sautee in olive oil. In a deep baking dish combine all including oil left in the pan. Add 1 can vegtable stock Bake 30 at 350 While baking make long grain rice Serve tofu over rice It is so good the tofu soaks up all the flavor while in the oven and yes it is still nice and firm

Guest guest
Hi there - would you like to come up with a name for this, please? We need one for the Files If you don't we'll have to leave it something really boring like Tofu Casserole! (which is what I call it right now). Get back to me? Thanks a bunch.
