Guest guest
This sounds good. What would be the British equivalent of " navy beans " and " cilantro " please ? Mark
Guest guest
Navy beans are also called 'pea beans' - about the size of a pea but oval in shape. They're white beans, much like cannellini beans and great northern beans (I sometimes substitute great northerns for navy beans), but smaller. As for cilantro, it's simply your common-or-garden fresh coriander leaves except that over here in N American we use the Spanish name for it because of the influence from the south Good luck.
