(Or they might really dig in and resist. It's hard to say with kids.) I grew up with dairy, but there came a time when I was nine or ten years old and stopped to REALLY think about where milk came from and I was so grossed out by it that I quit drinking it for a long time. It wasn't the kind of stuff adults talk about when they talk about why you shouldn't drink milk -- more of a kid thing of this mental image of crawling underneath a cow and taking a big drink that was just too icky. LOL > Now I made up my own Temep dish and it turned out fabulous > I made stuffed peppers and used the temep instead of Me**. Sounds tasty! By the way, last fall when it was way too hot to fire up the oven, I " invented " inside-out stuffed green peppers. If you ever want to have stuffed peppers but it's too hot to bake, cut the green peppers into strips and stir-fry them in a skillet with all the stuff you would have put inside the stuffed peppers. It's a nice variation on the recipe. I put quinoa in mine. Yum! Sparrow
