Do you mean cooked soybeans, ground up and seasoned? I'd love to see the recipe!

 

I've worked with TVP (texturized vegetable protein) and I've made

" Chixen burgers " out of okara (the ground up soy pulp left over from

making soy milk) but that's it so far.
