Hi I'm Carlo Oliveros from Manila, Philippines. I have been a vegetarian for

almost 5 years now. I'm not vegan yet cause i still eat seafood (due to

health reasons) but i try to stick to an all vegetable and fruit diet if

possible. I like trying out new recipes and have my family try it so i can

make them vegetarians too. I need motivation and inspiration to keep myself

motivated to continue my chosen lifestyle. Thanks and hope to hear from you.

Hi, Carlo, and welcome to the group!

 

It's okay that you're not veggie - we welcome everyone here who wants

to discuss vegetarian food and swap recipes! The only thing we ask is

that none of your recipes have any animals in them (including swimming

animals), though animal products such as milk, cheese, eggs, honey,

etc. that are gathered without killing the animal are okay.

 

It's great to have you here! I'd love to hear your favorite vegetarian recipe.

 

We have a huge archive (thanks to list owner, Pat, and all the list

members who have shared " tried and true " recipes that they've made and

enjoyed themselves) on the page for the group, in the files

section, so feel free to browse through and see what catches your

interest.
