Guest guest
Somehow I was on digest, so only read yesterday's flurry of emails this morning. (I'm back on individual now.) A couple comments: 1) Nice to see another DietPower user in the house (Sparrow). I just blogged about this program the other day: http://www.zenpawn.com/vegblog/2008/01/29/eat-to-live/ 2) Be sure to click on the pretty icon in the upper-right of my blog where you can pick up a free report on the Top 10 Vegan Sources of Calcium, Protein, and Iron using the criteria of a CRONie (Calorie Restriction with Optimum Nutrition). Or you can get it here: http://www.vegandonelight.com/top10 -Erin http://www.rawdonelight.com

Very spiffy!! > 2) Be sure to click on the pretty icon in the upper-right of my blog > where you can pick up a free report on the Top 10 Vegan Sources of > Calcium, Protein, and Iron using the criteria of a CRONie (Calorie > Restriction with Optimum Nutrition). One thing I've wished DietPower could do (or, considering what I didn't know above, maybe it does it and I just haven't learned how) is to sort on multiple criteria in the food list. For example, I can get a list of all the foods in the dictionary from highest calcium content to lowest, but I'd like to be able to then remove all the entries with cholesterol so that I'd be left with just the vegan sources rather than having to pick through the list by hand to figure them out. It sounds like your lists have done the hand-picking for me! Very cool. Again, thanks! Sparrow
