Guest guest
Hi Everyone - I was just wondering, are there any Raw Food Veg*ns here? How about Fruitarians? It'd be nice to know, if so, and also - if you don't mind - if you would share with us the things you like to eat as well as a bit about your lifestyle. I always say that there are all kinds of vegetarians here, from ovo-lacto, to one or the other, to 'dietary' vegans (those who follow a plant-based eating style), to lifestyle vegans. But of course those aren't the only choices. So if you're vegetarian but also follow some other path within that (macrobiotic, for e.g., comes to mind), it'd be interesting to know. Some people for example won't eat roots. Others . . . Oh well LOL You'll tell us, okay? I could put up a poll and see, but there may be some categories left out. Suggestions for categories, anyone??? Love and hugs, Pat

That's very impressive - and the added difficulty of paying close attention (ultimate attention?) to restricting calories as well as optimizing nutritional value make it all the more remarkable. Guest guest
Speaking of super foods and specialized diets, here is an interesting article about nutrient availability... A lighthearted and condescending article about a very real possibility... Very interesting.
