I live in a joint family with my in-laws and am now looking at honing my culinery skills I have been a vegetarian since my birth. Since my husband is veggie too, i would love to get more recipes and tips into the fine art of vegetarian cooking. I am not vegan, and do have milk and its products. Well, you don't say if you are looking for Indian recipes or recipes of other countries - we have all kinds of dishes represented in our Recipes Files (access through our homepage) contributed from people around the world. Many if not most of them are spicy hot (well, by western standards LOL) but there are many less spicy ones too. This is an ovo-lacto vegetarian group, so you will find lots of recipes using milk and butter, ghee, cream and cheese too, although vegan recipes are mixed in there too. Let us know if there is anything in particular you are looking for - most recipes here are fairly simple, since our members tend to be busy people with busy lives - but if there's something in particular you'd like to be able to make, please say.
