Guest guest
Unfortunately, Quorn is neither vegan (contains egg whites) nor low in sodium. Whether these matter to the questioner, I don't know, but figured I'd mention them, as I've ruled it out of my diet on these counts. -Erin http://www.vegandonelight.com - Linda E. I don't have a package in front of me but I think it may be soy-free. I like the " ground meat " format, although it comes in other shapes as well. I used it for pasta sauces or anything else that calls for crumbled " meat. " Cheers, Linda

I've also heard that some Quorn products (at least) contain dairy. I used to look and look and hope for Quorn, but then I read all this about eggs and dairy . . . . > Whether these matter to the > questioner, > I don't know, but figured I'd mention them, as > I've ruled > it out of my diet on these counts. Maybe or maybe not, Erin. But it's thoughtful of you to mention it, since many of our members are also vegan (including yer friendly host). Thanks.
